Our Commitment to Service
Our service involves expert consultation, meticulous document preparation, comprehensive review, and efficient submission of your visa application to the relevant Indonesian government immigration authorities. We dedicate significant time and resources from the moment you engage us, ensuring your application is as strong and compliant as possible. Our fees reflect this dedicated effort and the specialized knowledge required to navigate the complexities of Indonesian visa regulations.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
1. Cancellation Before Government Submission: 80% Refund
If you decide to cancel your visa application service before Bali Visa Concierge has officially submitted your application to the relevant Indonesian government immigration authorities (e.g., through their online portal or physical submission), you are eligible for an 80% refund of the service fees paid to us.
- Why 80%? The remaining 20% covers the administrative costs, initial consultation, expert advice provided, document verification, preliminary application preparation, and the allocation of resources already undertaken by our team up to the point of cancellation. This includes the time spent reviewing your documents, advising on requirements, and preparing your file for submission, even if the final submission has not occurred.
- Definition of “Before Government Submission”: This refers to the period after you have paid for our services but before we have completed the final upload or physical delivery of your application to the official Indonesian immigration system or embassy/consulate.
2. Cancellation After Government Submission: 0% Refund
Once your visa application has been officially submitted by Bali Visa Concierge to the Indonesian government immigration authorities, no refunds will be issued for our service fees.
- Why 0%? At this stage, our primary service of preparing, reviewing, and submitting your application has been completed. The significant portion of our work, including all preparatory and submission efforts, has been performed. Government processing fees, once paid, are typically non-refundable by the authorities, irrespective of the application outcome. Our fee is for the service of facilitating the application, not guaranteeing its approval by the government.
Non-Refundable Circumstances (Exclusions)
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances, as these are generally beyond our control or fall outside the scope of our service guarantee:
- Application Rejected by Immigration Authorities: If your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration authorities due to reasons beyond the control or fault of Bali Visa Concierge, our service fees are non-refundable. Reasons typically beyond our control include, but are not limited to:
- The applicant providing inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information during the application process.
- The applicant failing to meet the specific eligibility requirements set by Indonesian immigration (e.g., financial stability, health status, criminal record, passport validity).
- Changes in immigration laws, policies, or processing procedures by the Indonesian government after your application has been submitted.
- Discretionary decisions made by immigration officers.
- The applicant’s failure to attend required interviews, provide additional documents requested by immigration, or comply with any post-submission requirements.
Our role is to ensure your application is submitted correctly and comprehensively based on the information you provide and current regulations. We cannot influence or guarantee the final decision of the immigration authorities.
- Client Change of Mind After Submission: If you decide to withdraw your application or no longer wish to pursue the visa after it has been submitted to the government.
- Delays in Processing: Delays caused by the Indonesian immigration authorities or other government bodies are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund of our service fees.
- Incorrect Information Provided by Client: If the application is rejected or delayed due to incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client to Bali Visa Concierge.
- Failure to Provide Required Documents: If the client fails to provide all necessary documents or information requested by Bali Visa Concierge in a timely manner, leading to delays or rejection.
