If you cancel before we have begun preparing or submitting your application, your concierge service fee is refundable in full, less any third-party costs already incurred.

Official government fees paid to Indonesian Immigration are non-refundable once an application is submitted, as they are outside our control.
Once your application has been filed, the concierge service fee reflects work already completed and is generally non-refundable. We will always tell you clearly at which stage your case sits.
A rejection by Immigration does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the service fee, as our work has been performed. Where eligible, we assist with rectification or re-application.
