We are a licensed visa facilitation and concierge service — not a government office. We prepare, submit and monitor applications through official channels, but we cannot alter, bypass or guarantee decisions made by Indonesian Immigration.
Our concierge service fee is separate from official government fees, which are fixed by the authorities. All service fees are quoted and agreed before work begins, with no hidden charges.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine documents. Applications delayed or rejected due to inaccurate information, insufficient funds, or non-compliance remain your responsibility.
Official processing times are set by Indonesian Immigration and can change. We prioritise and monitor your file but cannot guarantee a specific approval date.
Our liability is limited to the concierge service fee paid. We are not liable for government fees, changes in immigration policy, or outcomes outside our control.
